The SwayMeter force plate is a sleek, thin, yet strong
platform. It is CNC machined high-grade aluminum. Its
channeled design allows for microscopic flex to accommodate foreground
imperfections, and yet at the same time provides rigid support in the
proper planes. The proprietary uniquely engineered circuitry
incorporates a USB interface for effortless plug-and-play
performance. There is no need to place special boards and add on
devices to the computer. This allows any laptop within USB
interface to run the SwayMeter software

The software is a culmination of three years of carefully
written code. It has been designed to integrate ease-of-use
ergonomics with a robust suite of testing. The graphic interface
is drawn to accommodate a touch screen configuration, as well as a
remote mouse operation.

Carrying Case: The force plate fits nicely in a specially designed carrying
case
- Foam Pad: A 3 inch foam pad simulates an
uneven surface for unstable surface testing. It also fits nicely into
the carrying case.
- Monitor stand: Although a countertop will do, a computer monitor stand that places
the monitor at eye level to the patient is the ideal situation.
Remote mouse: It is useful to be able to operate the mouse remotely.
A cabled USB "finger mouse" is a useful item to have.
